About Me
I am a wife, mom, educator, therapist, and learner. I found the life-changing practice of yoga as a college student and am immensely grateful for the strength and peace that it has helped to cultivate in my life. I firmly believe that yoga and mindfulness can help all of us become the best versions of ourselves, and I am passionate about sharing these practices with all people.

I teach studio classes for all ages--infants through adults. I love to move, sweat, breathe, and play. I also work one-on-one with private therapy clients, combining the techniques of yoga, mindfulness, energy balancing, and mobility training with more traditional therapeutic methods to treat a variety of diagnoses and difficulties. I will meet you where you are in life and craft a plan to help you grow and bloom. I look forward to connecting with you soon.
